With QSPACE, QOSMOSYS incorporates in France its first space development center for ZeusX

December 8th, 2022, 9am SGT – SINGAPORE – QOSMOSYS is proud to announce the incorporation of QSPACE (“QSpace Societe par Actions Simplifiee”, or “QSpace SAS”), its first space development center in Toulouse, France.

The creation of QSpace, fully owned by Qosmosys Pte Ltd, is the first major milestone to the operations of Qosmosys’ Moon program. A first mission to the Moon with Qosmosys spacecraft called ZeusX is scheduled for the first quarter 2027.
ZeusX is a multifunction vehicle, however focusing on Moon mining as a vertical business line.

Philippe Guillaumie has been appointed President of QSpace SAS. Mr Guillaumie is an accomplished executive and was the Chief Financial Officer for Alcatel Space (now Thales Alenia Space).

“QSpace SAS is central to our strategy of developing a web of competencies in Moon service business throughout Europe. Qosmosys being a global player, expansion will continue when all appropriate business conditions are met.” says Mr Dubrulle.

“The scheduled ZeusX development will mostly take place in Western Europe and illustrates our capabilities to bind strong ties between key industrial players in the Old Continent and Qosmosys” also says Mr Guillaumie.
